the staff was really helpful. the receptionist changed my room upon request. they also provided an umbrella when it started raining. the location is awesome. it is safe too because grand bazar and metro are near with a famous restaurant almost 10 min walk.

wi-fi was not available during my 4 nights stay. breakfast had little variety and there was no fruit.

The location was excellent. it was very close to the grand bazaar, and other lovely sites. the staff was very kind. the view from the skybar was fine. I loved it!!!

the bedsheet had a big hole. the card keys were not always working for the light. i kept asking for my safe to be filled with batteries, but it never happened.
